Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Cash counters closed in ICBC (London) plc

Dear valued customer,

​We’re writing to let you know that, in line with public health advice and with immediate effect, we have taken the decision to close our cash counters at ICBC (London) plc, located at 81 King William Street, London EC4N 7BG. Initially, this closure will be in place until the end of March; however, we very much expect the closure to continue through April at least.
​​Our online services (Personal Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Banking) are always available on our website. Also, we will continue to support our customers by phone and email in normal business hours.

​Going forward, we will update our customers and aim to communicate important information as soon as is appropriate.

​Please rest assured that we are working hard to develop our strategy so that we are able to continue our banking services during this difficult time. 

As a reminder, your eligible deposits with ICBC (London) plc are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the FSCS, the UK's deposit guarantee scheme.

Meanwhile we would like to thank you for your continuing support of ICBC and to wish you, your families and loved ones good health in the coming months.
