Suspension of the Appointment Service
 

Unfortunately, the number of COVID-19 cases are rising rapidly across the whole of the UK and in other countries. To reduce the spread of infection, our appointment service will continue to be no longer available as the counter remains closed until further notice. We will review the situation and keep you informed of any new arrangements. Please do not visit us as you will not be allowed into the building.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience but the health and well-being of both our staff and valued customers is paramount.

To submit information and documentation
If we have requested you to provide information or documentation, please choose from option A or B below:

Option A– By post
The Bank will now accept photocopies of documentation by post. To confirm the authenticity, we may request certified or original documents. Please send your response and copies of documentation to:

At your own risk, you may prefer to post original documents and we can arrange to return them to you. However, please do not send actual passports through the post.  

Option B – By email
Alternatively, send your response and copies of documents by email at retail@icbclondon.com. Please note, we may check the authenticity (as explained in option A).
