Terms and Conditions:
  • ICBC debit/credit cardholders can receive special discount when paying for hotel rooms at hotels in Chatrium Hotels and Residences’ hotel chain by using ICBC debit/credit cards. The discount at each hotel will be different as determined by Chatrium Hotels and Residences.
  • ICBC debit/credit cardholders shall make a reservation via telephone at (+66) 0-2101-1234 or via email at reservations@chr.co.th.
  • This promotion is valid from 2 January 2021 to 31 October 2021.
  • This promotion is only applicable at the following hotels in Chatrium Hotels and Residences’ hotel chain:
    - Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok
    - Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi
    - Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok
    - Emporium Suite by Chatrium
  • Chatrium Hotels and Residences reserves the right with respect to reservation depending on availability of the hotel rooms at the time of reservation.
  • The discount under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other loyalty programs or other discounts of the hotel.
  • Reservation must be made 7 days before the arrival date in the accommodation and the restaurants.
  • For online reservation, please apply the code “ICBC” on the website www.chatrium.com when making a reservation.
  • Room rates and food & beverages prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% applicable taxes.
  • The reservation in the accommodation and restaurant should be made via our reservation team in each hotel directly.
  • This rate is not valid for existing bookings and is effective for future bookings that are received during the promotional period.
  • Chatrium Hotels and Residences reserve the right to change any terms and conditions and benefits of the promotion without a prior notice to the customer. In case of any disagreement or dispute, Chatrium Hotels and Residences’ decision shall be final.
