  • Valid for new bookings only.
  • The booking process is as follows:
    - Online
    *The cardholders need to visit https://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/hotels/koh-samui and select the dates then enter the promotional code “S1472”
    - Offline
    * The cardholders can make a reservation via telephone at 0-7791-5777 or via email at reservations@ritzcarlton-kohsamui.com
    *The cardholders shall inform the required room type & dates.
    *ICBC booking code “S1472” must be mentioned in the subject line of the booking request.
  • Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days before arrival date.
  • Non-refundable is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date
  • Food & beverages and spa discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Rooms rates offered cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Additional person charge is THB2,000 net/person including sofa bed and breakfast.
