Under China Government's approval, ICBC is restructured (hereinafter referred as "Reform") into INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA LIMITED (hereinafter referred as "ICBC") and is established on Oct 28, 2005 according to Law.

Since inception, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited will wholly take over ICBC's assets, liabilities and all business services and continue to engage in the business within the original scope and those approved by the license permit. Original operation organizations, business numbers, trademark and consultancy services telephone remain unchanged and continued to be used by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. All business runs as usual. Customers do not need to apply for change because of the reform.
