ICBC 95588 Picks up Two Grand Awards for Best Call Center

The recent 2006 China Call Center Summit Forum and 2006 Best Chinese Call Center Evaluation unveiled that ICBC's 95588 stood out from the participating enterprises and was simultaneously awarded two grand prizes of " China 2006 Best Nationwide Call Center Management Team " and "China 2006 Best Call Center Manager ".

The Best Chinese Call Center Evaluation is the annual conference of high standard in spectrum of call centers in Asia Pacific region. It is also an influential annual evaluation and award event in the sector in China.
