The announcement disclosed ICBC information for A-stock listing conditions, issuer, shareholders, and the stock issues.

ICBC A-stock will be listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange as on October 27th with the stock ticker name of Gong Shang Yin Hang (ICBC or工商银行) and ticker number of 601398. The A-stock issue totals 13 billion shares (without exercise of over-allotment option). The total A-stock and H-stock equity valued RMB 327,821,930,026 before the exercise of over-allotment options.
